Shipping Process

Processing Time: All orders placed usually ship within 1-2 business days. For guitars and similar instruments, a full inspection and set-up is done before shipment to guarantee the best playability which may delay the shipment slightly.

Method: Orders placed through our website will ship via FedEx Ground, USPS Priority or First class mail. If you have a special request for shipping please reach out to us Here.

Tracking: Once an order is shipped, you will updated with tracking information via E-mail. The tracking will also be updated on your Russo Music account here on the website.

Scherl & Roth step-up violins are hand crafted with select solid spruce tops, flamed maple back and sides and hand-applied spirit varnish. Each instrument is hand adjusted in our shop and set-up with Dominant strings, ebony fingerboard and pegs, select French maple bridge and a composite tailpiece.
