While our physical stores remain closed, our rental team is continuing to provide service to all of our school districts and customers.
We are working with each individual school district to determine the safest and most efficient way to arrange for instrument returns at the end of the school year, in the event schools do not reopen. As soon as we have school approved processes in place, you will be notified by email regarding your end of school year options. Please continue to check our website as well for additional updates
Due to school closures and the closure of our physical retail stores, we cannot accommodate instrument exchanges and repairs at this time. We are doing our best to implement new processes that will enable us to safely provide these services to you in the near future. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
